A grand reception was held in Guangdong to celebrate the 75^th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At the reception, several international figures were interviewed by Yangcheng Evening News.

Francois Joseph Gitzhofer, a consultant at the Guangdong Academy of Sciences' Institute of New Materials from France, said that China has changed tremendously over the years, and people's faces are full of happiness. He stated that he is working hard with his Chinese colleagues on the development of the photovoltaic industry.

Damian Edgardo Marelli, a foreign teacher at the School of Automation of Guangdong University of Technology from Argentina, said that he feels good working in Guangdong, and that Chinese society places great emphasis on knowledge and education, which is not the case in every country.

In recent years, China and Guangdong Province's high-end manufacturing industry has developed rapidly. Yangcheng Evening News also asked several international figures which Chinese products they personally use, with Chinese brands such as Huawei, DJI, and Xiaomi frequently mentioned.

广东举行国庆招待会，外宾热议中国制造

9月29日晚，广东省隆重举行国庆招待会，热烈庆祝中华人民共和国成立75周年。在现场，多位国际人士接受了羊城晚报的采访。

来自法国的广东省科学院新材料研究所技术顾问富兰克斯·约瑟夫·吉卓氟（Francois Joseph Gitzhofer）表示，中国这些年的变化非常大，人们的脸上都写满了幸福。他表示自己正在和中国的同仁一起努力，致力于发展光伏产业。

而来自阿根廷的广东工业大学自动化学院的外教麦达明（Damian Edgardo Marelli）则表示，自己在广东工作的感觉不错，中国社会非常重视知识和教育，并不是每个国家都这样的。
